Contact A Better Path Psychotherapy
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step.
You do not need to know exactly what type of therapy you need or have everything figured out before contacting us. You may already know what you want help with, or you may simply recognize that something in your life, relationships, or emotional well-being is no longer working the way you would like.
A Better Path Psychotherapy works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing concerns such as anger, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, and major life transitions.
Our office is located in Armonk, NY, and we serve clients throughout Westchester County. Telehealth may also be available for clients in New York, Connecticut, and Florida, depending on clinician licensure, availability, and whether virtual therapy is appropriate for your needs.

What Happens After You Contact Us?
After you reach out, someone from A Better Path will follow up to learn a little more about what brings you to therapy, answer initial questions, and discuss therapist availability.
Because A Better Path is a group practice, the goal is not simply to schedule the first available appointment. The practice considers the concerns bringing you to therapy, clinical fit, personality, scheduling needs, and whether you are looking for individual, adolescent, couples, or family therapy when helping determine which therapist may be the best match.
You do not need to decide in advance whether you need EMDR, Internal Family Systems, CBT, mindfulness-based therapy, or another particular approach. That can be discussed after the practice has a better understanding of what you are experiencing and what you hope to change.
In-Person Therapy in Armonk & Telehealth Options
Our Armonk office serves clients throughout Westchester County, including communities such as Armonk, Bedford, Chappaqua, Pleasantville, White Plains, North Castle, and surrounding areas.
Telehealth may also be available for clients located in New York, Connecticut, and Florida.
Not Sure Where to Start?
That is completely okay.
Many people contact us without knowing exactly how to describe what they are experiencing. You may feel overwhelmed, angry, anxious, disconnected, stuck in a recurring relationship pattern, or simply aware that something needs to change.
The first conversation is an opportunity to begin understanding what is happening and whether A Better Path may be a good fit.
